Shipping conditions

This guideline applies to orders of products (not for services) Within Austria, within the EU, other shipping times can occur, as well as the rest of the world (worldwide). It serves to provide you with comprehensive information about our shipping guidelines and procedures. With your order in this shop, you accept the following conditions as well as the general terms and conditions (AGB) of the Guru Cashflow Management GmbH and, if applicable, the terms and conditions / delivery times of the respective provider.

Shipping, processing and ordering times

  • Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Processing time: Your order is processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order closure: Orders that go into normal normal time (GMT+01: 00) Central European time (Vienna) will be processed on the same day.

Delivery conditions

  • To send your order, we work with reliable shipping service providers such as DHL, Austrian Post and UPS. The shipping service provider is selected by us based on availability and delivery times.
  • Please note that shipping will only be made to the address you specified. Changes to the delivery address after shipping are not possible.

  • Are you displayed in advance for every order and final payment

Change of the delivery address

  • After shipping, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you have to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of abandoning your order shop@edv-guru.at

Proceedings

  • As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping number with which you can track the status of your delivery until you arrive.

Wrong address

  • It is your responsibility to specify the correct delivery address. If a delivery is not possible due to a wrong address and the package will be returned to us, bear the costs for re -shipping. Guru Cashflow Management GmbH assumes no liability for delays or non -delights that are due to false or incomplete address information. This also applies to the providers on our platform.

Cancellations

  • Please note our reimbursement guidelines in the terms and conditions.

Damaged packages during transport

  • If your package has been damaged during transport, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered without your presence and has damage, please contact us immediately so that we can clarify the further procedure. Damage or problems must be reported immediately to ensure timely processing.
